Step 3: Online Bidding

To place a bid submit the Bidding form along with a security deposit of $50,000. Losing bids will be refunded their deposit with 10 days of the close of Auction

Note: Bids will be reviewed on a rolling basis. The seller may choose to accept a bid and close the auction prior to the scheduled end date, provided the reserve price has been met.

The Origins and Mission of the PONA Foundation

The PONA Foundation was established by the Moller family with a vision to support educational programs worldwide. Their connection to Cabrera began in 2004, when the family visited the area to celebrate Christmas at a nearby orphanage. Deeply moved by the local community and its needs, the Moller family decided to make a lasting impact by developing a rental villa. This initiative aimed not only to create travel industry jobs for local residents but also to inspire vacationers to contribute to the community through shared donation experiences.

From the outset, the Moller family set a long-term goal to build a community center in Cabrera. In 2025, this dream was realized with the completion of the community center, marking a significant milestone in the foundation’s commitment to local development.
